The Hammersmith and Fulham Bridge Partnership are looking for a full-time permanent Developer to join our busy team at our head office in West London.

The Individual will work closely with the other members of the project delivery team and across other functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions developed in support of business goals and objectives.

You will work in a system integration/solution project team to investigate feasible technical options, develop, design and implement technical solutions to support the wider business goals. You will bring specialist experience and skills to the team, specifically Biztalk development and maintenance.

·                 The design, creation, testing and documenting of new applications from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards.

·                 Implementing modifications, enhancement and maintenance of existing biztalk solutions

·                 The specification, design and maintenance of structures for information storage and access to support business information needs.

·                 The management of resources in order to plan, estimate and carry out programmes of systems development work to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards.

·                 The management and provision of expert advice on Biztalk development and implementation.

·                 Work with the project manager, solution architects, third party suppliers and other stakeholders to assemble project plans and deliverables including time & cost estimations to deliver the solution

·                 Provide technical risk assessment of the project & solution and help design risk mitigation strategies

·                 Provide suitable documentation and guidance to project and support teams including solutions architects, system configuration teams, testing teams and other stakeholders. Ensure overall quality control

·                 Engage with and sustain a good working relationship with key customer and 3^rd party representatives

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

·          Experience of .NET development

·          Experience working with XML

·          Experience developing or maintaining Biztalk 2006

·          Experience of C# and ASP.NET

·          Experience of developing webservices

·          Experience of design, installation, or configuration of Biztalk solutions

·          Experience of working with Microsoft SQL Server

·          Experience and understanding of unit testing strategies

Optional

·          Experience of Windows Server 2000 / 2003

Qualifications

·          University degree, 2:1 or higher
